During
this 3 day exciting adventure we will travel with our 43ft passenger
vessel to some of the most beautiful remote locations along British
Columbia's Great Bear Rainforest.
From the anchored mothership we launch a 16 ft tender and sea kayak orca boats with little draft which allow us to get into very shallow waters to view the magnificent animals up even closer.
Our local BC, whale watching Vancouver Island, Canada guides are skilled and trained naturalists, with many years guiding experience whale watching in BC. They are also trained in Wilderness First Aid.
Local wildlife:
May and June: Transient Orcas, and hundreds of sea and shore birds.
July-October: Large pods of resident Orcas (killer whales) within the world's famous Johnstone Strait, Grizzly Bears, Black Bears, sea lions, seals, bald eagles.
